Joan Plautz welcomed all the ladies and Lynda Grasse shared an inspirational message for the opening of our January 19th meeting.  Bobbie Bateman, a member of the HSV Anniversary Committee, then shared information about the activities that will be occurring in April and also displayed the quilt that will be auctioned off.

Following discussions from the agenda, our featured speaker, Sandy Mostrog, taught us how to find relief from the stress in our lives by remembering "Stop Burt" -- Stop: Breathe, Relax & Think!
