Blue Birds in our Village was the topic for the April meeting. Jan Folstad shared a wonderful inspirational message that revolved around the Blue Bird. Les Daniels and Carolyn Minson of the Village Audubon Society jointly presented a slide show on the wonderment of the Blue Bird population that we have as our feathered neighbors here in the Village. It was fascinating to learn about their nesting habits and how we as Villagers can make their time with us safer and healthier. We are fortunate to have such knowledgeable and devoted folks here in the Village who care about and educate others on our bird populations.
